At Global AJ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Global AJ account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with all original packaging and tags into the shipping box to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a convenient pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
